Didn’t love what you ordered? Changed your mind? No worries — we’ve got you!

✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [sales@enzemejwell.com] with the product name and a clear photo and Video.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or worn items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale items or return requests made after 48 hours

💸 Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank/card/wallet) within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund via bank transfer. You’ll need to share your bank details after return approval.

🔁 Exchanges:

  • Received a damaged or wrong item? Email us with photos within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

🚚 Important Notes:

  • ₹250 may be deducted for prepaid orders that are refused or returned without a valid reason.

  • Refunds are not issued for products returned without approval or beyond the return window.
