✅ Return Eligibility:

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [sales@enzemejwell.com] with the product name and a clear photo and Video.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Customized or worn items

Products without original packaging

Sale items or return requests made after 48 hours
💸 Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank/card/wallet) within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund via bank transfer. You’ll need to share your bank details after return approval.

Received a damaged or wrong item? Email us with photos within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
🚚 Important Notes:

₹250 may be deducted for prepaid orders that are refused or returned without a valid reason.

Refunds are not issued for products returned without approval or beyond the return window.
